Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We offer reliable shipping services to ensure your merchandise and event tickets reach you promptly:
- Standard delivery within Sri Lanka: 3-5 business days
- Express delivery (available for selected areas): 1-2 business days
- Event tickets can be collected in person at the Old Boys’ Association office in Galle
All delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on location, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery location and weight of your order. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
- Free shipping available for orders above Rs. 5,000 within Galle district
- Standard shipping rates apply for all other locations
- Express delivery charges are calculated separately
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or special events, processing time may be extended.
Processing time does not include shipping time. Your order will be dispatched after the processing period is complete.
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to all areas within Sri Lanka. Remote areas may require additional delivery time and charges may apply.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number to track your package’s progress until delivery.
Delivery Confirmation
A signature may be required upon delivery for security purposes. If you are not available to receive your package, our delivery partner will attempt redelivery or leave it at a secure location as per your instructions.
Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Special Circumstances
During special events like the Big Match or college festivals, delivery times may be extended due to high order volumes. We recommend placing orders well in advance during these periods.
